Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative has announced the recipients of its 2025 Bright Ideas Grant Program and we're excited to share that we had 4 projects funded from our great district!

MCEC's Bright Ideas program is open to educators in kindergarten through 12th grades in Lexington County School Districts One, Two, Three and Five, and in the Saluda County School District. Each October, MCEC awards approximately $20,000 in grants to the winning teachers to help supplement resources for their creative classroom projects.
